I got someone else’s Amazon.com package. What do I do?
Tuesday, February 17th, 2009Jewel asked:
I got a package in the mail that was outwardly addressed to me (the label on the box) from Amazon.com, but when I opened it, it had a book order for someone else. What should I do about this, how do I go about reporting it, and is there some way I can get this sent to the right person without it costing me anything (I’m on a small income, and can’t afford any extra expenses, especially around the holidays)?
I couldn’t find the information on Amazon support…could you point me in the right direction?
