If there is another place that you had visited and would like to recommend it please do so. We still at the planning stage right now. I heard DR was cheaper but the Bahamas is nicer. Also this is my first vacation out of the States and wondering if there are any places where I can get all inclusive package at a reasonable price. Thanks.

I am looking to go on a end of July/early August vacation All-Inclusive for two people. I have been looking at a variety of places including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. I was looking to spend about $700-$1000 per person on air+hotel. I preferably want a 3 star or better resort. Any suggestions where I should or should not stay?
I am departing from Pittsburgh International Airport and the dates are preferably sometime between July 17-August 9.
