We would be flying from the Uk, can’t really go overboard on cash, and can’t require innoculations as we may not have enough time to get them.

Got any good suggestions please? We’re both outdoorsy people and not into this package holiday lark.
When I say outdoorsy, i mean, we enjoy hikes, seeing new places, walks along the beach, cycling, fishing would be great but we’d probably need rod licences etc… and we’re always open to trying other things, watersports, skating etc but we do draw the line at skiing!!!
