Booked holiday package with travel company that ceased trading leaving huge debts all round to many debtors. we paid cash for this holiday but neither creditors or civil aviation authority are honouring our payments because travel company ceased to be bonded at a certain date, and we paid for holidays after this date while they were unbonded, unbeknown to us. the travel company never made any indication as to their impending closure and accepted our money (cash) immediately prior to them ceasing trading). any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated - mank thanks

Bring up this matter with the licensing board of travel for black listing the people involved.also search for the registrar of company on the people of that company to ensure that they do not open another new company to deceive the public.Make a caveat on that company and go to the consumer tribunal court to bring them to justice for refund
