ok so my bf is coming home very soon from iraq.i wont be able to be at his homecoming cause i am already taking off time for the holidays when he comes to visit me and taking more time off for his military ball.so im going to send him a welcome home package.what i was planning on doing is getting gift bags that are red,white and blue and filling each one of them with stuff. he is moving into a new house.so one bag im going to put some long sleeved shirts i bought him and then i was thinking in another bag putting some homemade pasta sauce and a few different kinds of pastas and some herbs.then in another bag stuff like Tylenol and bandaides. i dont want to get him dishes or silverware cause im not sure what kind of style hes going for. i was thinking about getting him maybe some bath towels with shampoo for another bag. any other suggestion?
this is a new house for him so he doesnt have anything.i did send him all those sexy pics and all that stuff when he was in iraq.also he likes to cook and i dont think he would enjoy the pizza gift certificates cause he has eaten enough of that junk and wants real food especially since he loves italian food like pasta and sauce.

I think you have some great ideas already. Dishes and silverware? Unless he is an extremely unusual guy, he’s not going to care what style they’re in, as long as they’re not really ‘girlie.’
Housewarming gifts for a bf are great. Maybe not the most romantic thing, but extremely practical. I’m sure he’ll love it.
Make sure you include one bag, with a pair of your panties, and a note telling him he’d better get ready!

This sounds like a package for a new homeowner…not a guys homecoming from Iraq…to be honest.
If it were me, Id put some sexy pics of me; gift cards for some pizza or blockbuster movies..his favorite magazines…stuff like that.
I cant think of an army guy using bandaids and all that stuff..sounds like what a girl would want. I am just being honest
