I want to be able to visit a few of the parks as well. Also, what’s the best time of year to go, when it’s not as packed? Any help would be great, thanks!!

all i no is that you both need to work at places where u will get alot of money
and disney world is only 1600 for a family and that would count for u and ur bf and u need a little more money than that for food and gas or airplane tickets to get there so keep trying and just dont spend it and nice shoes and nice anythink this moment til u have the money to do what u want to do with it

best site is disneyworld.com to find package deals and the best time is usually around late sept. oct and jan as many kids in school so not too bad, also cooler except sept. still hot.
I live here and going over the 4th so will be costly and hot but only time we can all go.
check that site out and you can even call disney at 1 407 934 7639 and talk to someone about it, they are very nice in helping people.

If you are on a tight budget, there are only two things whose prices vary during the year: hotel costs, and the dining plan. Hotel costs are at their lowest August-Sept, early Dec, and Jan-mid Feb. Disney usually does the dining plan for free in late Aug-late Sept. So based on that. go in mid-Sept. Crowds are as low as they get, and so are prices. The negative–and the reason Disney makes it so cheap!!–is that you will be smack in the middle of the hurricane season.

Try Priceline as they offer great deals on Orlando vacation packages. You can choose your own hotel and flight plus if you book them together you can save even more money, you can also add car rentals if you like. With Priceline you can check out Hotel features and amenities, photos, reviews and maps. Other options include Last Minute and Weekend Deals and all Inclusive Packages.
Priceline is now offering a Sunshine Gaurantee for your summer vacation. Check internet for more details.
My suggestions: compare hotel and flights, is it cheaper to fly weekends or certain time of the day (it might make a difference leaving a few days earlier or later), non-stop flights, car rentals-is there any free upgrades, does the hotel offer any free breakfast buffets, child eat free programs or free parking.
For tickets try Disney World Tickets or Florida Orlando Tickets, they both offer great discounts to Walt Disney World’s theme Parks, spectacular dinner shows and other Florida attractions. Choose from “Magic Your Way” 1-7 and 10 day base tickets, Park Hopper and flex tickets. Attractions include Disney World, Universal Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Water Parks, Magic Packs, Pleasure Island and more. If you want to see it all and save try flex tickets. Pricing is comparable and affordable too. They both offer delivery or pick up just check which service is best for you.
My suggestions: either go with the flex pass if you want to see it all or base tickets. With base tickets you can see one theme park for one day, why pay more for Park Hopper when you can see other theme parks another day.

To help you save money you can compare Orlando and Kissimmee Hotels, see which provides free shuttle service to Disney World, free breakfast buffets, does the hotel offer children eat free program, also look at free parking. check disney.com…but everything at Disney world is expensive so you need to have extra money for food… if you are flying and are staying at a WDW resort then they provide transportation for you so you wont have to pay for gas…if you are driving..good luck…gas can get really expensive…you might wanna go during the winter..

Your best bet is to go in sep or oct, the weather is great, the parks aren’t as packed (well Epcot is with food and wine!) but its not that bad!
as for saving money! I suggest staying on DISNEY property at a value resort (80-120$ a night) and doing the Magic your way package. THis package bundles your food, room and ticket into one lump sum. AND it’s a great deal. Your saving money with the food package, You’ll pay like 40$ a day per person for two meals and one snack with this package. If you paid “out of pocket per meal you’d be paying any where from 15-60$ per person PER MEAL!!!! ” so that is the big saver!
You get one SIT down, which is your “big meal” one COUNTER service which is your typical “fast food” meal, IE a burger fries a brownie and soday and your get one SNACK, which could be a pretzel, a soda or whatever.
my suggestion is go online and quote some trips and see about how much you will need, divide that amount by how many months until you go and figure out how much money you will have to set aside per month for the trip. You can call disney as well and they can help you figure your trip out and if it seems like a for sure thing you can put a down payment on it and then continue to save!!!
as for air (if your flying) just watch for the best prices, right now they are super high, but if your not going for a while your best bet is to wait three months before you go, but plan on budgeting at leat 350$ per person for tickets.
I’ve been doing this for the last 15 years of my life and paying my own way the past 5 years for i’ve really got the budgeting down to a science! So you can email me if you have any questions.
BUT just remember your best bet is to stay ON disney, it will save you gas and transportion as they provide it free, it’s the only way you can do the food deal and it’s just nicer!

I find Universal Studios to be cheaper on their park hopper tix. They have one for $85 and you get unlimited access to two parks for 7 days.

The best site is or to call and ask these same questions. There are times of the year when rooms are cheaper, and packages meet your needs. I do not know the months, but it will be during less busy times.

no matter what you do its not going to be cheap to stay at disney but heres some money saversss:D
1) stay at a value resort if you dont want to spend alot at a resort cause the value resorts are the came price as a hotel off the grounds and if you stay at a resort you can get the dinning plan.
2)the dinning plan is 39.99 for adults(per day, per person) and im not sure for kids but i know its cheaper then that. but anyway when you get this it might seem kindda expensive but its really not cause for lunch it is atleasttttttttt 60.00 and for breakfast its 60.00 and for dinner you get to get a sit down witch is atleast 300.00. soo it saves you a bunchhhh of money. and the dinning plan includes a sit down a over the counter and a snack and it deffinatly keeps you full:D it made me full and im never full haha.
3) go to a travel agent.
4)also if you stay at a resort you get transportation to the resorts to the parks. alsoooo if you fly in you can get the bus from the airportt. and this saves alot of moneyyy with the gas prices the way they are.:D
