Also enclose professional massage oil. Have the wrapped up box waiting for him at the table of his favorite restaurant. (Make sure the tag says, “Open at home, later!”) This will say to him, “I planned ahead and gave this some thought.” When he opens the box, put on the lingerie and end your evening with a VERY long back rub or massage. At least an hour.

Shoot, you can pretty much get him anything for that price range. I would go to a site like sharper image and get a few items from the gadget - electronics - personal care areas.
