If my pacage is already in transit during a National Holiday, will it still arrive?

I ordered a package from California, when I tracked my order via FedEx Tracking, it said that on July 4th at 3′15 AM my package was “In Transit” from Memphis Tennessee. Does that mean thats its on its way and will arrive today if I ordered with next day shipping?

I thought that FedEx and their affiliates didn’t ship on National Holidays.
