If you're going to be traveling solo I would reccomend a cruise or some type of all-inclusive, as they usually have a lot of scheduled activities geered towards meeting other people and socializing, and are well known for good food and nightlife scene. Maybe worth looking at doing a fun cruise like one of the ocean village cruises. You can probably get them cheaper from or somewhere like that.
