My family and I are planning a vacation where are good vacation spots?

Going on the vacation will be my mom, brother, my husband our two year old son and myself. I would like anywhere besides Walt Disney world. We are planning on going in June probably around the 8th-13th of 2007.

   I would suggest going on a cruise somewhere. It will be nice for the whole family and isn’t that costly.

   Ft. Walton is a very family friendly vacation spot. With lots to do and see within driving distance.

   Catalina islands. never been but Ive been researching and I’m planning on going there. I know they said you can take the ferry over at a port in long beach like $ 50 bucks apiece round trip a helicopter like $150 bucks round trip. I know they said for like a 2yr old its like $30/$40 bucks just for the a baby but I would suggest play the role cause I think younger than that Its like $10/$20 bucks round trip. Good luck!!!!!!

   AUSTRALIA (you have to go sometime in your life (it is totally awesome) ). But for a more cost efficient trip how about NYC and/or Boston(there’s a real good roller coaster park in New Jersey)

   depending what you and your family like to do my boyfriend and i went to south padre island texas last year and it was beautifull.

   If you want beach and touristy town go to Myrtle Beach SC, way more affordable than Florida. If you want mountains, I don’t think you could go wrong with the Asheville NC area. If you want rugged beauty try my great state of Minnesota and the weather is great here in June.
   I do not recommend Vegas or any big gambling spots with a 2 yr old.
