It cannot be done.  No hotel or airline can predict what the prices will be that far in advance.  I booked a vacation for this summer 11 months ago and was warned that the price quoted would not hold for 2008 and was that acceptable.
So you should use the furtherest date cost and add 20% to estimate what 2011 will be</description>
