what TIME will my package arrivie? UPS 2nd day air?

so i ordered from target.com on sunday(yesterday) and i checked the status today and it says that it’ll arrive on aug.26-27
my question is, what time will the UPS guys come to drop off the package? and does target.com require a signature? because i will not be home and both of my neighbors are on vacation right now.

There is a second day morning service and a 2nd day air service.
Morning will usually be there by 10:30am except in certain areas. Otherwise it will be before the end of their business day.
