What vacation have you gone on that your children loved?

I am trying to plan a vacation for us and we have a 6 year old child who doesn’t care of amusement parks. Would you please share what vacations you have gone on that your child(ren) loved? Thank you.

   i have 2 children ages 5,6 and a few years ago we went on a vacation to Malaysia which they absolutely loved!!!. There are a number places that might interest them such as the zoo. i think its fantastic!! Also Cameron highlands the main attractions including the colorful butterflies, orchids, waterfalls beautiful scenery and tea plantations. Its just such a wonderful experience and it wont let you down. It will be an experience to remember. Langkawi, located north of peneng is an island with tropical beaches, the children’s faces was just something that i could never forget, the black and white beaches and the crystal blue waters - paradise.
   i really hope that you will consider this because Malaysia is just such a great place for the kids. its more than just a holiday but rather a once in a life time experience.
   If you happen not to go to Malaysia i really hope that you realize that you are missing out on so much. I say this from my heart that the children will be happiest you will ever see them!
