When will my package arrive?

I ordered something from amazon.com Sunday of last week and it still isn’t here. It’s a new nano and i would like it to get here before christmas. I can’t track it because my mom ordered it on her account and i can’t view it. Is it taking so long because of the holiday season of should it be here soon?

   Just ask your mom to let u see the tracking number then email it to yourself. It also depends on the shipment option u chose( like overnight or standard) or the bad weather lately
