Alaska. Very scenic. Very relaxing. Find a good ski reort where you can be treated very well in a 4 or 5 star manner. Don't do the touristy ST Croix, hit somewhere like St. Johns island. It is fairly inexpensive to stay there and you can take a ferry to other places like St Thomas and St Martin to party and shop.
